Jamil Syed | Founder & CEO

I’m a former law enforcement officer and a recovering alcoholic. I’ve been sober for over 10 years now.

When I left that world, I knew I wanted to do something that made a real impact. I also needed to rebuild my life financially. That’s when I discovered sober living homes.

I turned one rental into a sober living home, and it changed everything. I started earning 2–3x more than I was with traditional rentals, had consistent income, and most importantly—I was helping people on a path I knew all too well.

​Since then, I’ve built a 7-figure business with 20 locations across Southern California. And now, I help other property owners and investors do the same—turn their real estate into a purpose-driven, profitable portfolio.

What exactly is this coaching program about?

This is a 1-on-1 coaching program that teaches you how to convert your existing rental property into a high-cash-flow sober living home. We walk you step-by-step through everything — from licensing to setup to finding reliable tenants — so you can 2–3x your rental income with a purpose-driven model.

Do I need any experience in sober living or the recovery space?

Not at all. Most of our clients have zero experience in recovery. We teach you everything, and you’ll be working with trusted referral sources and recovery programs who guide the residents. You’re not a counselor — you’re the property owner.

How much support do I get during the process?

You’ll get full support — from personalized guidance, scripts, checklists, templates, and weekly check-ins to make sure you’re making progress and nothing falls through the cracks.

What if I don’t own a home yet?

This program is designed specifically for current property owners. If you don’t own a property yet, we’ll add you to the waitlist for our upcoming Starter Program that shows you how to find, fund, and prepare your first investment.

Are there upfront costs involved?

Yes, just like with any property strategy. You may need to invest in furnishings, minor upgrades, and marketing. But we keep it lean — no luxury remodeling. Most clients launch their homes with a modest setup.

How long before I start seeing results or cash flow?

Most clients are up and running within 60–90 days, depending on how fast you move. Some get their first tenants within the first month.

What if my property doesn't qualify — can you still help me?

Yes. If your current property isn’t a fit, we’ll either show you how to pivot or invite you into our other programs for future buyers and first-time investors.

What’s the time commitment on my end?

Expect to dedicate a few hours a week during the initial setup. Once your home is launched, it runs with minimal involvement — especially if you use our system for staffing and referral partners.

What happens after I submit the evaluation form?

We’ll review your responses to see if your property qualifies. If it’s a good fit, you’ll be invited to schedule a free 1-on-1 strategy session. If not, we’ll direct you to the right next step for your situation.

How do I know if I’ve been accepted into the program?

You’ll receive a confirmation email and calendar link if approved. If we need more details, we may follow up with a few quick questions first.

What if I just want more info before committing to a call?

That’s totally fine. You can still fill out the form and opt to receive more info by email. We’ll make sure you have what you need to make an informed decision.
